“Not even the power of death, fear, or darkness will win against what I am building — in the Church and in you.”

The Order of the Rosary:

1. Begin with the Cross
-
Make the Sign of the Cross
-
Say the Apostles’ Creed
“I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth…”
(It's okay to say this slowly or even just reflect on it silently.)
2. First Bead After the Cross
-
Pray the Our Father
“Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name…”

3. Next Three Beads
-
Pray three Hail Marys, traditionally for faith, hope, and love
“Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee…”

4. Next Bead
-
Pray the Glory Be
“Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit…”
Optional: You can also say the Fatima Prayer here:
“O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell…”

5. Announce the First Mystery
Choose the set of Mysteries based on the day of the week. (See below.)
Then announce the specific one (e.g., "The First Joyful Mystery: The Annunciation").
As you pray the decade, meditate on this moment in Jesus’ life.
-
Say 1 Our Father
-
Say 10 Hail Marys
-
Say 1 Glory Be
-
(Optional: Fatima Prayer again)
-

Repeat this structure for each of the 5 Mysteries.
6. Closing Prayers (After the 5th Mystery)
-
Hail, Holy Queen
“Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope…”
-
Final prayer:
“O God, whose only begotten Son, by His life, death and resurrection…”
-
End with the Sign of the Cross
-

Tips for a Meditative Rosary
-
Don’t rush. Let the repetition calm your mind.
-
Visualize the mystery. Imagine being there.
-
Let the words become a rhythm that leads you into God’s presence.
-
If your mind wanders, gently bring it back—like returning to breath in meditation.
