Thursday – A Prayer for Peace in the Midst

Lord, sometimes peace feels far away. The noise of the world and the storms inside make it hard to find calm. But you promise peace that isn’t tied to circumstances—a peace that can live inside me even when everything around me feels unsteady. So I come to you now, not asking for everything to change, but asking you to change me within it. Let your peace grow in me like a quiet stream, steady and deep. Help me breathe more gently, think more clearly, and love more freely. I welcome your peace into every part of me.
