Imagine darkness lifting as light gently fills the room around you.
This light isn’t harsh—it’s warm, comforting, sacred. It’s Jesus.
As you breathe, invite His light to enter the hidden corners of your mind—your fear, your worry, your exhaustion.
“Inhale: Light of the world…
Exhale: Shine in me.”
Rest in that light for a few minutes. Let it renew and guide you.
