Sunday – A Prayer of Gratitude and Presence

Lord, on this day of rest, I pause to say thank you. Thank you for the breath in my lungs, for the moments of beauty that shine through the chaos, and for your unwavering love that carries me through each day. Help me stay here, in this moment, without rushing ahead. Let me see the sacred in the simple, and the holy in the ordinary. Calm my thoughts, slow my steps, and help me walk through today with a grateful, open heart. You are with me. You are for me. And in you, I find peace that stays.
